Potatoes and Pork Stewed Vermicelli

Soak the vermicelli an hour in advance.

Change the pork to a knife for later use.
3.
Peel and cut potatoes and rinse with water.
4.
Change the scallion ginger garlic to a knife for later use.

Heat the pan and add the green onion, ginger, garlic and sauté until fragrant.
6.
Put the pork and stir fry.
7.
Add vinegar, cooking wine, soy sauce and stir fry.
8.
Put the potato wedges.
9.
Stir fry evenly.
10.
Add appropriate amount of water.
11.
Put the vermicelli on high heat and turn to low heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
12.
Season with salted chicken essence.
13.
Out of the pan.
