Pouring Pork Noodles with Chives

Put the flour in a clean basin, beat with 1 egg, 1 teaspoon salt, 120 grams of water

Just mix the dough evenly, I used a machine to press it, so it doesn’t need to be particularly smooth. If you roll it by hand, the dough needs to be smooth before you can start rolling it.
