Preserved Egg Tofu

Cut the internal fat tofu into pieces and set aside.

Prepare a preserved egg and cut it into small pieces.
3.
Cut garlic cubes and sprinkle them on the tofu one by one according to your preference.
4.
Sprinkle the previous seasoning in turn.

Drizzle with chili oil and pepper oil. If you don't eat sesame, you can ignore it--Finally cut some chives or chopped coriander and sprinkle on it.
Tips:
1. It is best to eat immediately after mixing, otherwise it will be easy to get water.
2. You can also use fragrant tofu, which has a better taste and another flavor.
