1. Prepare the required ingredients; soak the dried plums in water for 1 hour, and shred the pork

2. Soak potato shreds in water, and wash twice with water to remove starch from potatoes

3. Mince garlic, cut dried chili and string chili into small pieces about one centimeter long, soak the dried plums and squeeze out the water for later use

4. Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add dried plums and stir-fry for about 2~3 minutes
