Rack of Lamb

Wash lamb chops, drain water, wash and shred onions; peel garlic, crush and set aside, wash ginger, peel and slice for use

Mix all the sauces except pepper and five-spice powder, and stir evenly

Put the drained lamb chops, onion, and ginger into the sauce, knead it evenly, seal it with plastic wrap, and marinate for 3~4 hours

Spread tin foil on the baking tray, place the marinated lamb chops on the baking tray, pour the marinade evenly, and wrap them in tin foil

Put it into the preheated oven and bake, the middle level, the upper and lower heat 200 degrees, bake for 30 minutes

After baking for 30 minutes, remove the upper layer of tin foil, turn over the lamb chops, sprinkle with pepper and five-spice powder, put it in the oven again and bake for 20 minutes.

Place the grilled lamb chops on a plate, spread lettuce leaves on the bottom of the plate or dish, put the lamb chops, and garnish with red pepper.
