Refreshing White Radish

Peel the white radish, cut into razor blades, add sugar and salt, stir and mix evenly, marinate for one hour, pour out the marinated water to remove the spicy flavor.

Add green and red peppers, garlic slices, light soy sauce, a product of fresh soy sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, water tower vinegar, white sugar, ginger, cool white boil and stir well.
