Rice Cooker with Minced Pork and Carob Rice

After the rice is washed, put it in a rice cooker and add an appropriate amount of water. (If you like to eat something that tastes better, you can reduce the amount of water)

After the oil is heated in the wok, add the shallots, ginger slices and aniseed and stir fry until fragrant.

Add minced meat and fry until the color changes.

Add the ground beans and the ground carrots in turn and stir fry. Then add light soy sauce, thirteen spices, sugar, salt and monosodium glutamate separately and continue to stir fry.

After stirring for two minutes, pour the ingredients in the wok into the rice cooker, stir the rice and minced meat evenly, close the lid, plug in the power source, and simmer until cooked.

The bean rice is simmered well. Pick out the aniseed, green onion and ginger, mix well with a spatula, and serve!
