Roasted Wings with Garlic Honey Sauce

After washing the chicken wings, wipe off the moisture with a kitchen paper towel. Make two oblique cuts for each chicken wing with a knife for better taste

Put the barbecued pork sauce, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, cumin powder, cumin, chili powder, minced garlic, and salt into a bowl and stir well with chicken wings. Seal the fresh-keeping film and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 2 hours. The longer the marinating time, the better the taste of the chicken wings.

Put the marinated chicken wings on the baking tray and brush honey on the front and back sides of the chicken wings

Put it in the middle of the preheated oven, bake at 200°C for about 10 minutes, take out the chicken wings, turn it over and continue to bake for 10 minutes.
Tips:
1. Put the chicken wings in the refrigerator and marinate, the taste will be better.
2. If you use a grilling net, please place a tin foil baking tray under the grilling net to catch the dripping soup of the chicken wings during the baking process. Prevent high temperature carbonization.
3. The grilled chicken wings should be eaten while they are hot. The chicken wings taste the best at that time. If they are cold, you can continue to bake them in the oven for 5 minutes before eating.
