Sauce Fried Bean Curd Shredded Pork

1. Prepare materials.

2. Shred the pork, marinate it with the marinade (1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, a little white pepper).

3. Cut green and red peppers into circles, cut dried tofu into small sections, and shred carrots and zucchini.

5. Supor grilling machine is connected to the power supply. Pour in the oil and heat it up. Add shredded green onion, shredded ginger, garlic slices, green and red pepper rings, and sauté.

6. Add the shredded pork and spread it until the color turns white.

Tips:
