Get the spices ready

Wash the bones, put them in boiling water, and scoop them up for later use.

Put all the seasonings and spices into the pot, put water, put the bones

Cover the lid and simmer for an hour, then leave it to soak for two hours before picking it up to make it more delicious.
Tips:
1. The bones are tender and tender with pork neck;
2. I use electric pressure cooker so one hour is enough;
3. Soak for another two hours after power off for good taste.
