Sauerkraut and White Meat Stewed Blood Sausage

1. Add in cold water, pepper, cinnamon, bay leaves, ginger slices, green onions, add pork and simmer for more than 30 minutes, until cooked

2. Cooked, removed, sliced

3. Leave the bottom oil in the pot, saute the ginger slices, chili, and Chinese pepper

4. Add sauerkraut, soy sauce, stir fry

5. Add broth

6. Pour into a saucepan and cook on low heat for 30 minutes

7. Add vermicelli

8. Blood sausage slice

9. Add meat slices and blood sausage to sauerkraut, cook for 3 minutes, add salt

10. Ready to eat
