Sauerkraut with Marinated Pork in Iron Pot

The marinated pork is thawed and cut into small pieces

Cut green onion into small pieces, mince garlic for later use

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, size according to personal preference

Tips:
Salt should be used less, because salt is added when pickling sauerkraut, and sauerkraut has to be washed three times because the acidity is too high
