I want to buy a piece of meat after get off work,
It's all very difficult.
I saw the pork stalls that were sold out and closed early,
My inner city collapsed extremely.
So today,
Let's make a scallion pancake without meat.

All you need is a little flour, two scallions, some oil,
Help you survive this typhoon day safely.

Scallion Pancakes

1. Mix flour and salt,
Pour boiling water, stir with chopsticks while pouring,
Then pour in cold water and mix well and knead it by hand to form a smooth dough.
Cover the noodles with a damp cloth for 30 minutes.

2. Make pastry while making noodles.
Mix flour, green onion, five-spice powder, chili powder, and salt evenly;
Heat 30g of clear oil until there is a bit of smoky heat.

3. Pour the hot oil into the mixed powder,
Add a little bit of fresh rice to taste and mix well.

4. The mixed pastry grows like this

5. The good dough is kneaded and smooth again,
Divide equally into eight pieces and knead into eight small doughs.

6. The small dough is gently flattened,
Roll out an oval dough sheet,
Coat the pastry evenly on top and roll it up.

7. Roll the dough into a long strip

8. Roll up, press flat and roll into a round cake.

9. Put a little oil in a hot pan,
Put the pancakes in a small fire and bake until golden on both sides.

10. Put the pan on the oil-absorbing paper to absorb the excess oil.

11. Let's work together~
It can be served with a dish of your favorite chili sauce or sweet chili sauce.

Tips:

The pancakes are delicious just after they are cooked,
But be careful of getting angry and burning your mouth~
