I’ve been in Paris for two weeks. I didn’t want to cook at all when I went home every day. So I tried the simplest and most convenient braised rice. I added the ingredients in the refrigerator. It was unexpectedly delicious. I cooked it for one person.


Seasonal Vegetable Braised Rice

1. Wash and cut the broccoli mushrooms, cut off the corn kernels, and wash half a bowl of rice (per person)

2. Marinate the pork with barbecue powder and put it in the oven or microwave to heat (so the pork will be more delicious)

3. Pour all the prepared ingredients into the rice cooker, add a bowl of water, almost no ingredients

4. Add half a teaspoon of salt (adjustable according to your taste), two tablespoons of light soy sauce, turn on the cooking mode
