Prepare ingredients

The meat needs to go to the fascia, cut into large pieces, and pat the ginger for use

Put the processed pork into the bread machine, add sesame seeds, appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt, sugar, five spice powder to taste

Use automatic stir fry mode, time 30 minutes

Tips:
1. The meat must go to the fascia. You can choose tenderloin or foreleg meat if you are more particular.
2. The meat can be blanched before being put into the pressure cooker. If you are lazy and do not cook, the impact will not be particularly great
3. This is the most important point. The fiber of the meat must be loosened, so that the meat becomes looser.
4. Please adjust the seasoning according to your own taste
5. It is not recommended to cut seaweed for later use. Of course, it is okay if it can be guaranteed not to be wet.
