Seaweed Rolled Rice Noodles
1.
Soak the rice first, probably every other day, and then use a stone mill to grind the rice into a powder. If you find it troublesome, you can buy sticky rice noodles outside. It can be boiled with water to form a thick paste. You can make it thinner. It will only slip a little
2.
Prepare the lettuce, cut the lettuce into small pieces
3.
Cut the pork into small pieces, add peanut oil, soy sauce, a little sugar, and cornstarch, and stir evenly. Clean the shrimp. Ready to use
4.
Sweep a thin layer of oil on top of the saucer, and pour the paste prepared in step 1 into a large saucer (the consistency of the paste is probably like this)
5.
Put the pork, lettuce, and shrimp on top
6.
Put it in the pot and steam for about 4 minutes
7.
After it is out of the pan, use the iron sheet used to pull the sausage, roll it up from top to bottom, and then roll it slowly with your hands
8.
Cut with a knife
9.
Roll the seaweed in the middle, if you like spicy, add some chili sauce
