Seaweed Salad

1. Wash dry kelp foam.

2. Shred the soaked seaweed.

3. Boil water in a pot, add chopped kelp shreds and cook until the kelp is broken, remove and drain.

4. Mince garlic, shred ginger, and mince shallots.

5. Heat a little bit of oil in the pot, change the heat to low, add shredded ginger and minced garlic and stir fragrant.
