Seaweed Salad

Wash dry kelp foam.

Shred the soaked seaweed.

Boil water in a pot, add chopped kelp shreds and cook until the kelp is broken, remove and drain.

Mince garlic, shred ginger, and mince shallots.

Heat a little bit of oil in the pot, change the heat to low, add shredded ginger and minced garlic and stir fragrant.

Tips:
If you like spicy food, you can add chili oil. Children can't eat spicy food and leave it alone.
