I usually use a bread machine for kneading. Select the kneading program. After kneading for 10 minutes, form a smooth dough and add butter. Then select the kneading program and knead the dough for 10 minutes. This hamburger does not need to knead out the film, so generally two dough mixing procedures are almost the same.

After the dough is kneaded, select the bread machine fermentation program for fermentation. Generally, it is about an hour, but it can be shortened in summer, and it can be extended a little in winter. After the dough has been made, there is a hole in the finger, this hole does not shrink, and the dough does not collapse. After the fermentation is complete, the dough is vented. You can choose to use the bread machine to knead the dough program, or you can knead it by hand.

The drained dough is divided into a dough of about 40g, which can make a total of 9 doughs. Round it up, put it on a baking tray, and ferment it a second time. It can be covered with plastic wrap and fermented at room temperature in a warm place. Or put it in an oven for fermentation. When fermenting, put a pot of warm water in the lower layer of the oven to help fermentation.

When the dough is fermented, you can make fillings. This time I made pastoral meatloaf. The pork is chopped into minced meat. The minced meat can also be chopped directly at the meat shop, or with a food processor, but I prefer to chop it myself, which is chewy. At the same time, prepare corn kernels, green beans, and carrot kernels.

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, a little sugar, salt, thirteen chives and chopped green onion to the minced meat. The taste is adjusted according to the amount of filling and personal taste. After putting in the seasoning, use chopsticks to stir in one direction, stirring to the best, that is, the minced meat sticks together so that the fried meatloaf will not fall apart.

Add corn kernels, green beans, and carrot kernels to the stirred meat froth. Stir well and set aside.

After the second serving is completed, brush a thin layer of whole egg liquid on the hamburger embryo and sprinkle some white sesame seeds.

Put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes. Please adjust the temperature and time according to the actual situation of your own oven. Place the grilled hamburger on a shelf to cool down and set aside.

Divide the freshly mixed pastoral minced meat into the required portions, put them in a non-stick pan, press lightly with a spoon, and form into round cakes. The size of the pie is about the same as the size of the hamburger embryo.

In the middle of each layer, you can squeeze some salad dressing or tomato sauce according to personal habits. You can also put some omelets, tomato slices, cucumber slices and the like according to your personal taste.

When you want to eat, put it in the microwave and heat it on medium heat for 2 minutes. Tips:
1. The amount of formula can make 9 medium-sized burgers;
2. Sugar and salt are separated into the two corners of the bread bucket;
3. Salt and yeast cannot be in direct contact, they must be separated and the yeast must be put at the end;
4. The post-oil method is used here. Putting the butter afterwards can make the bread taste softer;
5. If the taste of the bread is not soft enough, like steamed bread, you can find the reason from the following aspects: whether the yeast is invalid (the yeast should be sealed and refrigerated after opening), use bread flour instead of ordinary high-gluten flour and noodles And whether the two fermentations are in place;
6. I usually use the bread machine to make the noodles and the first fermentation. If there is no bread machine, you can manually achieve the same effect, but it will be a little harder;
