Tips:
1. Adjust the marinating seasoning according to your own taste. My chili powder is Korean chili powder used to make spicy cabbage. The color is very red but not spicy. The main reason is that the taste of cumin is more prominent.
2. The roasting temperature is adjusted according to your own oven.
3. Toothpicks should be soaked in water in advance.
4. The marinating time is at least 2 hours or more, otherwise it will not taste good.
