Shredded Chicken with Sesame Sauce

Prepare ingredients: chicken breast, sliced ginger, green onion, Kewpie salad sauce;

After washing the chicken breast, put it in a boiling pot, add sliced ginger, green onion, and appropriate amount of water;

Add an appropriate amount of cooking wine, close the lid, and cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes;

Take out the cooked chicken breast and soak it in ice water for a while;

Wash the shallots and chopped green onions;

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, salt, oily pepper, cooked white sesame seeds, green pepper oil, and sugar in the bowl;

Mix in Chobe salad sauce;

Then add an appropriate amount of cool boiled water, stir the seasonings evenly;
