Recently, the radish planted in my yard has been harvested. This radish seed was sent from my hometown. The fertilizer applied is cow dung, which is absolutely green vegetable. Since the radish harvest is a bit rich, I made some dried radishes, pickled radishes, and sour radishes to collect, and the rest will be a radish feast! Haha! "

Shredded Radish

1. 1. This is the round radish from our own good harvest.

2. 2. Choose a radish and clean it.

3. 3. Cut the washed radish into filaments.

4. 4. Add salt and marinate for about 20 minutes, then squeeze the water.

5. 5. Add seasonings: soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, red oil chili, pepper oil, monosodium glutamate, ginger and garlic, chives, coriander.

6. 6. Mix well the shredded radish with seasoning.

7. 7. Put the mixed radish shreds on a plate.
