Shrimp Meatballs with Fungus
1.
Prepare the ingredients, soak the fungus, wash the green onion and ginger
2.
Shrimp and meat are chopped into puree, green onion, ginger and fungus are chopped into mince, and only egg white is left in the egg.
3.
Stir all the ingredients in one direction so that the meatballs will not break easily.
4.
Bring water to a boil in the pot, turn off the heat when the water is boiling, and keep the water slightly boiled. Spread a little oil on the palm of your hand, grab a little minced meat into a ball, and put it in the pot. After the ball floats, take it out.
5.
Put a little green onion and ginger in a separate oil pan to sauté fragrant, add an appropriate amount of water to boil, put the balls in the pan, add a little salt and light soy sauce to taste, cook for 3 minutes and serve.
Tips:
The minced meat must be stirred in one direction, otherwise the meatballs will fall apart when they are cooked.
