Shrimp Meatloaf

Chop the half-fat lean pork, add the salt, sugar, chicken powder, Ajinomoto, oyster sauce, green onion, minced ginger, wine, and pepper in the seasoning and marinate for 10 minutes

Shrimps are chopped coarsely and marinated slightly with a little seafood soy sauce

Mix the marinated ingredients well, then add cornstarch and mix evenly

Take a dish, smear a little salad oil, put the marinated ingredients into the flat, add 2 tablespoons of water, and drizzle with sesame oil

Take a steamer and steam on high heat for 10 minutes

After cooking, sprinkle with green onion, drizzle with appropriate amount of seafood soy sauce and serve. If you like spicy food, just drizzle with chili oil; for appetizer, you can eat more with rice.
Tips:
1. Add water, the meatloaf will be slippery when cooked;
2. In order to avoid the difference in taste, try to use a larger plate and thin the minced meat so that the two materials will be cooked at the same time
