Sichuan Chaoshou

Prepare the ingredients: lean pork, hand skin, eggs, old ginger, chopped green onions;

Wash the lean pork meat and chop it into minced meat; wash and chop the old ginger; mix the minced meat with the minced ginger, then add an appropriate amount of salt, and knock into the eggs;

Use chopsticks to stir the meat in one direction until the meat is glued; then add the chopped green onions, and then stir evenly;

Take a piece of hand-wrapped skin and wrap it in a proper amount of meat;

Fold in half along the diagonal;

Pour the seasoning from step 9 and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
