Simple Home Cooking---casserole Bean Sprouts

Wash the bean sprouts, cut the pork into strips, and knot the shallots.

Put oil in the pot, add green onion knot and ginger until fragrant.

Tips:
1. When choosing bean sprouts, you must pick them up and smell them, and you must not buy them if they have a pungent smell.
2. The bean sprouts must be stewed to taste delicious. Otherwise, there will be a peasy smell.
