A bowl of noodles is my favorite. Fresh pork, topped with a meat sauce made from tomatoes and small green peppers, is topped on the freshly cooked soba noodles, and the fresh fragrant smells on the noodles, driving away the irritability of getting up. Inject new vitality into your new day! "

Ingredients

Soba Noodles with Spicy Meat Sauce

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Cut tomatoes into small cubes, slice small green peppers, mince garlic, and cut pork into cubes (finely chopped)

3. Diced pork with salt, corn starch, light soy sauce, chicken essence

4. Grab well and marinate for 2 minutes

5. Turn on medium heat and heat the pan with cold oil (lard is put in it)

6. Add tomatoes, small green peppers, and minced garlic, stir fry

7. Add the diced pork and stir fry quickly

8. Stir fry until the tomatoes are juiced and serve

9. Noodles cooked in hot water

10. Add some salt to taste

11. Cover and cook for about 2 minutes

12. Flip the lid and stir to get out of the pot

13. Pour the meat sauce after it is out of the pan (for nutritional balance, add a boiled egg)

14. It's so delicious, it's all in one go!

Tips:

If you don’t have soba noodles at home, you can also use regular noodles, but soba noodles are more nutritious than regular noodles~
