Song Yan ~ Dongpo Tofu

One piece of tofu sliced, a spoonful of salt in a pot under cold water,

Boil the pot and cook for two minutes, remove and set aside with cold water,

Fragrant torreya peels and removes black film,

Put in a garlic mortar, mash,

Three spoons of oil, boil the shallot oil on a low heat,

Fry until it is browned and turn off the heat, pour in star anise, bay leaves, and cinnamon, set aside,

Leave a little oil in the bottom of the pan and fry the tofu slowly over low heat.

Fry until golden on both sides, remove the oil control,

Start a pan with a tablespoon of oil and two tablespoons of soybean paste, and fry it for a nice flavor.

Pour the torreya seeds and stir-fry for a while,

Add an appropriate amount of water to a boil, add tofu cubes,

Stir fry until the tofu is covered with sauce and sprinkle a little green onion.
Tips:
Make sure to drain the water after making the tofu to prevent oil splashing.
