Sour Noodle Soup

Put coriander, chopped green onion, salt, MSG, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, pepper, sesame oil, and pepper in a bowl. Wash the small greens and set aside.

Add water to the pot and start cooking the noodles after the water boils. (I use dried noodles, it’s better to roll the noodles by hand)
3.
After the noodles are cooked, add the small green vegetables.
4.
Scoop the hot noodle soup into a bowl.
5.
Add the noodles and small green vegetables.
