Sour Soup Dumplings

Pour flour and water into the bucket of the bread machine, turn on the power to start the bread machine kneading program, and automatically knead into a smooth dough

Wash the cowpea soak

Tips:
1. The cowpea needs to be blanched and then chopped into fillings, so that it is easy to chop, and the cooked dumplings can be as mature as the skin and meat during the cooking process;
2. When mixing the meat filling, it needs to be beaten in one direction, so that the filling becomes a ball, the taste is tender, and the soup is not easy to come out.
