Spiced Griddle Potato Chips

Prepare two. For fresh potatoes, I prepared a yellow heart and a white heart. Well, everyone who buys food often knows that this yellow-hearted potato is very afraid of softness. This white heart potato is crispy. I use two types of potatoes to make it with a richer taste.

Cut it in half and cut the appropriate slices too thin. Too thick is not good. Soak in clean water for 15 minutes, then drain the water for later use.

Cut green onions into sections. Cut the green and red peppers. Cut the onion into thin strips. Cut celery with an oblique knife.

Use green onions. Ginger and green onions. Use deep frying. After it's cooked, take it out and don't use it. Then use this oil to fry until potato chips. Fry a little bit less until yellow on both sides. Start the pot and set aside.

After all the potatoes are dug and fried. cool down. Leave oil in the bottom of the pot and turn on medium heat. Re-fry the potatoes and sprinkle a little salt at a time

Continue to medium fire. Add light soy sauce and chicken essence. Stir evenly.

Pour in all the side dishes and stir-fry evenly.

Turn off the fire. Add five-spice powder, cumin powder and barbecue powder. Let the remaining temperature at the bottom of the pot put this dry powder. Simmer for five minutes, simmering flavor.

Lift the pot and sprinkle with white sesame seeds. The taste of this dish is really great.
Tips:
The potatoes must not be blanched. Pan fried is delicious.
