Spicy Grilled Squid

1. Remove the black film on the surface of the squid;

2. Take out the hose inside, clean it after removing the debris;

3. After drying the surface moisture with a kitchen paper towel, sprinkle with salt and white pepper, squeeze lemon juice and spread evenly, and marinate for 10 minutes;

4. Pour the chili sauce, chili powder, five-spice powder, cumin powder, light soy sauce, barbecue sauce, sugar, and salt into the container, stir well, and marinate for about an hour;

5. Wash the onions, carrots, and green peppers and cut into shreds for later use;

6. Cover the baking tray with tin foil, and cover the bottom with vegetable shreds;

7. Put the marinated squid on the baking tray, and then spread the sauce evenly on the whole squid;

8. Put it in the middle of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 12 minutes;

9. After baking, take it out and cut it into a plate.

Tips:

1. The squid must be cleaned, the black film on the surface must be removed, and the hose inside must also be taken out; you can ask the store for help when buying the squid;

2. The marinade must be delicious, first use salt, pepper and lemon juice to taste in advance, then add barbecue sauce to marinate;

3. Don't bake for too long, otherwise it will be too tough and not easy to chew.
