Spicy Poached Pork Slices

Prepare pork, water green vegetables, bean paste, cooking wine, starch, salt, dried chili, pepper, onion, broth or water, soy sauce, sugar, garlic froth, and ginger froth.

Add the cut meat slices to starch, salt, and cooking wine and stir well for about 15 minutes.
