Spicy Roasted Pork Trotters

Wash the trotters and blanch them in water, remove them and rinse them for later use.

Add the marinade bag, cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rock sugar, and salt to the pot.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Add the pig's trotters after boiling.

Simmer on low heat for 1 and a half hours until the trotters are soft and rotten.

After the trotters are cooled in the pan, remove them and place them on the grill.

Apply a layer of oil.

Sprinkle evenly with cumin powder, chili powder, pepper powder, five-spice powder, a pinch of salt and sesame seeds.

Put it in the oven and bake for 20 minutes at 200 degrees.
10.
Pour some chili powder and cumin powder before serving.
