Spicy Tofu Shreds

Choose 2 slices of fresh tofu, wash a pinch of green onions and set aside.

Dried tofu skin is rolled up and shredded with a knife.

The finer the silk, the better.

Add water to the wok and bring it to a boil.
5.
Boil the tofu skins for a minute.
6.
Take out the cool and clean water.
7.
Cut the shallots into sections and mince the garlic.
8.
Scallions, minced garlic, and dried chilies are placed on top of the shredded tofu.
9.
The wok is ignited and heated with oil.
10.
Pour hot oil on the onions, garlic, and dried chilies.
11.
Add salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, light soy sauce, and crushed chili in turn and stir well.
12.
Just install it.
