Spring Bamboo Shoots Stew

Pork cuts

Wash and cut spring bamboo shoots

Add butter to the pot and melt it over low heat

Add pork and fry until golden

Add green onion, sliced ginger and star anise and saute until fragrant

Add cooking wine, black bean soy sauce, dark soy sauce and fresh vegetables and stir-fry well

Add spring bamboo shoots and stir fry evenly

Add appropriate amount of water to boil, turn to low heat and simmer for 1 hour, add salt to taste, and collect the juice on high heat.
Tips:
I bought processed spring bamboo shoots. Fresh spring bamboo shoots need to be blanched in salt water.
