Squid Sticky Rice Roll

Four squid heads are removed and marinated in a pot for two hours. I use a special marinade: put coarse salt in an iron pan in advance, add pepper, star anise, bay leaves, grass fruit, cinnamon, cloves, tangerine peel, and fry. There are many such marinades, and they are ready to use.

Prepare chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, pork stuffing and pine nuts.

Use a pot to put pine nuts mixed vegetables, pork stuffing and glutinous rice steamed in advance.
