I always think baby cabbage is more delicious than Chinese cabbage. It is steamed with a little minced meat. It is delicious and tender. Children like it.

Steamed Baby Vegetables with Minced Meat and Salted Egg Yolk

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Wash baby cabbage and cut into six pieces.

3. Put it on the plate.

4. Cut the salted egg yolk in half and mince the shallots.

5. Mince pork, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, white sugar, stir well, and marinate for ten minutes.

6. Heat the pan, add oil, and put the minced meat in the pan.

7. Stir fry until the color turns white.

8. Spread the minced meat on the baby cabbage, and then layer the salted egg yolk.

9. Put it in a boiling water pot and steam for 15 minutes.

Tips:
