A steamed egg with calcium and qi.
This is what I often eat when I am pregnant with a baby. It is very calcium-supplementing, delicious, fresh meat is tender and absolutely nutritious.

Steamed Cucumber with Shrimp and Meat

1. Puree pork, chop prawns, mince green onion and ginger, add salt, sugar, five-spice powder, pepper and sesame oil.

2. Simple and even absorption.

3. Place the minced meat in a large bowl and dig a hole in the middle.

4. Beat in the eggs.

5. Sprinkle the eggs with a little salt.

6. Buckle with a large plate.

7. Put it in the pot and steam for about 15 minutes after being aired.

8. Sprinkle with chopped chives before serving.

Tips:
