Steamed Eggplant

1. The main materials are ready

2. After cutting the eggplant into thin strips, sprinkle some salt to marinate, the eggplant is easy to soften and taste. Mince green peppers, red peppers, garlic, and shallots

3. Put the eggplant slices into the pot and steam it

4. Take out the steamed eggplant from the pot

5. Pour salt, light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, pepper oil, sesame oil in a bowl, mix well and pour on the steamed eggplant

6. Add oil to the pot, add spicy oil, diced green and red peppers, minced garlic, and shallots to fragrant

7. Sprinkle the fried green and red peppers on the eggplant strips

Tips:

If you like spicy, you can add some dried chili shreds.
