Steamed Meat Cake with Plum Dried Vegetables

Preparation materials: local pig meat and dried plums. I personally think that pork should be used to make steamed meat cakes. Lean meat should not be used. For meat, choose fat and lean 2:8. Don't choose too much fat for health.

Soak the dried plums in water for 20 minutes

Tips:
1. Sweet potato starch can make the patties tender, smooth and elastic. If sweet potato starch is not available, use corn starch.
2. Plum dried vegetables have a salty taste, so light soy sauce and oyster sauce are added. The salt can be left on, but each person has different tastes, so you can put a little salt appropriately.
