In the summer, I especially like to eat steamed noodles. My mother left for the past two days. No one made it for me. I can only make it by myself. I made it for the first time, and no one taught me. I feel like making it. This level is pretty good"

Steamed Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients,

2. Wash the beans and cut them

3. Put the noodles in the pot and steam it, about 15 minutes (I am steamed)

4. After copying the beans, pour some warm water, which is about more than the beans. More is ok, but not less. Then pour the steamed noodles into the beans and blanch them with chopsticks. The noodles are basically stained. It's ready to be out of the pot, but you can't eat it yet. Put the noodles on the steamer and steam for 10 minutes after they are out of the pot.

Tips:

Steam for the last 10 minutes, mainly to let the vegetable juice into the noodles, so that it will be more flavorful
