Sticky Rice and Horseshoe Meatballs

Soak glutinous rice in warm water for half an hour, mince fresh meat with green onion and ginger

Except for the glutinous rice, egg yolk and shallots, chop the horseshoe and mix it with all the ingredients and stir to strengthen the minced meat.

Knead into balls of any size, paste the soaked glutinous rice on the plate
