Recently, I have become obsessed with soybean paste. It is not salty and has a unique bean aroma. The stir-fry is delicious.

Stir-fried Cabbage with Pork

1. Cut pork into thin slices and mix with 1/2 teaspoon of wine and a pinch of salt

2. Cut the cabbage into slices, and cut the green onions diagonally into 1cm size

3. Boil the cabbage in boiling water, drain the water and set aside

4. Mix 1/2 teaspoon of wine, 1 tablespoon of soybean paste, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of water.

5. Put 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and half a tablespoon of soy sauce in a pot over medium heat, add the marinated pork, and stir fry

6. When the pork is almost cooked, add the drained vegetables and chopped green onion, and continue to stir fry

7. Add the mixed sauce, stir fry until all the sauce is dry
