Stir-fried Chicken with Broccoli

Soak the broccoli in salt water for 2 minutes and then wash it off. Use a knife to cut along the broccoli flower. Wash the chicken breast and cut into slices. Cut the red pepper into cubes and mince the garlic cloves.

Pour oil into the wok and heat it to 70% heat, then add the minced garlic, then pour the chicken breast slices into the wok.

Stir-fry chicken breast slices over high heat, then add salt and light soy sauce to taste.

Stir the chicken breast continuously, adding broccoli and red pepper.

Continue to stir-fry the dish, add chili powder and five-spice powder to the dish to taste.

Add a little water to the pot and fry until the broccoli is cooked.
