Stir-fried Double Ears with Broccoli

Wash the black fungus and white fungus separately.

Divide the broccoli into small flowers, soak in clean water for half an hour, and add a little salt to the water.

Put the soaked and cleaned broccoli in boiling water and blanch until it is broken. Adding a little cooking oil in the water will help maintain the color of the vegetables.

Remove the blanched broccoli for use.

Boil black fungus and white fungus in boiling water until they are broken.

Scoop out the blanched black fungus and white fungus for later use.

In a separate pot, pour an appropriate amount of edible oil to heat, add chopped green onion and sauté until fragrant.

Pour the broccoli and binaural into the pot and stir fry a few times.

Add chicken essence.

Add light soy sauce and oyster sauce.

Add a handful of minced garlic.

With salt.

Slightly stir fry twice, turn off the heat and drop a few drops of sesame oil.

Serve ready to serve.
