Stir-fried Lamb

Cut the coriander into sections, chop the garlic, chop the ginger, and shred the green onion.

Boil the lamb and put some white vinegar in the water. To remove the taint.

Braised haggis.

Add bottom oil to the pot, add half of ginger, minced garlic and green onion. Stir fragrant.

Add the lamb and stir fry.

Add five-spice powder, one spoonful of soy sauce, one spoonful of cooking wine, one spoonful of salt. stir fry.

Add cumin and the remaining half of garlic.
8.
Sprinkle in the coriander and it's ok.
