Stir-fried Minced Pork with Mustard

Wash mustard and minced meat

Shred the mustard first

Mustard and pork mince

Diced ginger garlic shallot

Heat oil in a pan, sauté ginger and garlic

Add minced meat

Stir-fry until the minced meat changes color, add cooking wine to remove fishy

The mustard tuber itself is very salty, so first soak in water to remove some saltiness
