Stir-fried Pork with Bell Pepper

1. Prepare two sweet peppers and 300g pork.

2. Wash and shred sweet peppers and set aside.

3. Slice the pork, add a spoonful of cornstarch, a spoonful of soy sauce, and a half spoon of salt to marinate for five minutes.

4. Heat the pot and add a proper amount of vegetable oil. Stir-fry the meat until 90% of the heat.

5. Stir-fry the meat until the color changes, then add the bell peppers and stir fry.
