Stir-fried Pork with Spring Bamboo Shoots

Slice the spring bamboo shoots and blanch them with boiling water.

Add oil, green onion, ginger, and pork slices and stir-fry together. The pork slices are fried until they are mature. Add cooking wine and soy sauce and continue to stir-fry.
