Stir-fried Rice with Vegetable Red Sausage

Prepare the ingredients, pick and wash spinach, and wash carrots.

Add appropriate amount of water to the wok and bring to a boil. Add the spinach to the boil and blanch for a few seconds. Remove the cold water, remove the water, and cut into small sections for later use.

Peel and wash the onion, dice and set aside.

Cut carrots into small cubes for later use; cut red sausage into small cubes for later use, and appropriate amount of steamed rice.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the wok, saute the five-spice powder and chopped onion, add carrots and stir fry. When the carrots are soft, add corn kernels and red sausage and stir fry.

Add rice and stir fry. Finally, add chopped spinach and stir evenly. Add salt and a little soy sauce to taste.

Take out the pan and serve.
